Private Villas in Uluwatu

Uluwatu sits on dramatic limestone cliffs 70-100 meters above the Indian Ocean. Villas here often feature infinity pools that appear to merge with the ocean horizon. The dramatic cliff-top setting is unique in all of Bali.

Uluwatu has some of Bali's best surf breaks. Uluwatu main break, Impossibles, Padang Padang, and Bingin are all within 5-15 minutes. These are world-class waves attracting surfers from around the globe.

Padang Padang Beach (a hidden cove), Bingin Beach (multi-tiered with warungs), Dreamland Beach (broad sandy beach), and Thomas Beach are all easily accessible. Uluwatu's beaches are often less crowded than the Seminyak/Canggu coast.

Uluwatu is better suited to couples, honeymooners, and surfers than young families due to the cliff terrain. That said, we have specific family-friendly villas in the area with safer pool configurations and gentle gradients.

Uluwatu is about 30-40 minutes by scooter from Jimbaran, 45-60 minutes from Seminyak, and about 60-75 minutes from Canggu. The toll road via the Ngurah Rai bypass makes it reasonably accessible.
